These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CareMart website and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use CareMart. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We strive for accuracy, but product descriptions, images and prices may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

4. Prescription Medicines

Certain medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. By ordering such products, you confirm that:

• You will upload a genuine, valid and legible prescription.
• The prescription belongs to the person for whom the medicine is intended.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the prescription is invalid, expired or unverifiable. CareMart does not provide medical advice — always consult a qualified doctor.

5. Orders & Payment

• An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it at our discretion.
• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery and online methods through our payment partner (Razorpay).
• You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including any shipping charges and taxes.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Misuse, copy or resell our content without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on CareMart — including logos, text, graphics and software — is the property of CareMart or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
